Where do I even begin with these two and this day? Nick + Diana met on Bumble (yup, an online dating success story!), Nick became the best dad to Diana’s first love, her Shorkie named Jax (cuteness overload pictured below), and the rest is history. These two are some of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of working with + I’m so unbelievably honored to have captured their incredible day at Artists for Humanity Epicenter in Boston, MA. We started off the day with a first look at the Boston Public Garden, and the rain made the whole place look absolutely magical & the best part — completely empty of the usual tourists. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves as we walked around and took photos after their first look. It was one of my favorite parts of the whole day. Diana + Nick really took this time to be present with one another and share in each other’s excitement for the rest of the day, & it shows in their photos. Since they did a first look, we were able to knock out all of the bridal party + family photos before the ceremony even started! This meant Diana + Nick got to take full advantage of their cocktail hour, spending even more time with guests. After some of the formalities ended, I stole the two of them and headed up to a rooftop nearby for some blue hour photos. I LOVE when couples let me steal them from their party for just 10-15 minutes at sunset or blue hour to take some additional photos! It’s also a time for the two of you to take a little break + enjoy a few minutes alone (well, semi-alone!) where you can really soak it all in. We headed back in to their party + danced the night away! These two and their crew treated me like a friend rather than a vendor all day & I’m so grateful for them. All my love to you two, Diana + Nick! Thank you for choosing me. Can you guys just get married again every year??
