Emily and Alex’s vision for their wedding day was simple – they wanted to read their vows privately and then host a casual but elegant dinner party reception in the living room. Their ceremony was originally intended for San Francisco City Hall, but when the entire building was shut down for the day- we pivoted on the morning of their wedding day to create a new plan. They shared vows at Land’s End, took portraits at Legion of Honor, and then legally said I do on the stoop of the stunning Victorian home they hosted their friends and family in that evening. It was laid back and perfect. This day was captured mostly on film with some digital and I love how these images feel. So grateful to have captured this one for E+A and to have the day featured on Anti-Bride as an example of an intimate micro-wedding in San Francisco.
